You are good enough

In the past when certain opportunities came up I sometimes didn't go for them because I thought I wasn't good enough. When I saw smart people and outgoing people going for it, I got discouraged and I immediately gave up.

I then realised that I was being dumb.I am good enough to go for any opportunity that is offered to me. 

I am good enough because God chose to put me in this world.He saw what I could bring to the table.If God believed in me then I should believe in myself.

I am good enough because not every person out there has the talents that I have.There will never be a person out there that will be exactly like me.

I am good enough because I now believe in myself. No one out there is doing better than me because nobody out there can do better then me.

I am good enough because I am motivated to make my dreams and aspirations in life to come true.

No one is perfect in this world.Yes we all struggle. Most of us don't have our lives together yet.It's all okay.

It is our resistance that is causing our suffering.When something comes our way we should take it. 

We are all good enough. Don't let anyone bring you down. Everyone is smart and talented in their own ways.

Aungier Danger..Cake or Donut ?

Guys this past year I've been such a foodie. 

I'm the type of person who likes tasting different types food from all over the world. When Aungier Danger opened up there was a sudden craze over Donuts in Dublin. This tiny shop sells out within a few hours after opening. There's also a long queue of people all the time.

The word Danger is what attracted me to this shop. I love how they put their menu up on the tiles of the walls. It's pretty unique. The staff are pretty nice and funny too.

They have a huge variety of unique tasting Donuts that I've never seen before. All Donuts are €3.00, which is pretty good since the size of the Donut is the size of my palm.They all also very thick.

I went for the Red velvet Donut with a delicious cream cheese filling. The inside of the Donut is soft and it kind of has the texture of a cake. They were extremely generous with the filling, which I didn't mind. That the best part ! 

If you are ever in the Dublin city centre, you guys should checkout this spot. It's worth it !

What's in my travel bag (short haul flight)

Hey guys ! I'm going on a quick trip to London and I just wanted to show you guys what's in my Travel bag. I'm always going in and out of London and I'm always asked what I bring with me.

The first thing is a good bag to put my stuff in obviously. I always make sure its small and has a good amount of room.

Also the straps have to be good because you don't want the bag to hang off you.

The Next thing is a purse to put all your important travel documents in and also carry your money.

The one essential that I can't live without on a plane is head phones.

The headphones are comfortable and extremely noise cancelling.

The cap of shame (LOL) 

To hide all your bad hair that you didn't bother to do cause it's too early in the morning.

My phone. Something I can't live without. It entertains me all the way to my destination.

A good book. Since exams have ended I've been loving to read. People these days are always glued to their phones. Sometimes it's good to take a break.

Glasses to hide those dark circles caused by going out clubbing with friends the night before..am I the only one guilty for this ?

The last thing is a good camera to document all the lovely moments.

New Direction

Hey guys ! 

When I first started this blog, I wanted to inspire everyone.Lately I've been having writers block. I have two passions in my life. I love making people feel happy and motivated but I also love fashion and makeup. 

Most of my blogs are inspirational and motivating but now I think it is time for a change. I am going to start blogging about Fashion and Makeup.Don't worry because I will  still share my wisdom with you all.I don't want my blog to be just about one thing because it can become a bit boring and also repetitive.Change is good right ? YES.

I would rather blog about things that interest me the most and the wonderful things that I have found also. I have so much in store for you guys so make sure you come back next week for something new.

Things that make me happy

You can't always be happy. Life will always throw you a curve ball.

Here are the things that keep me positive and happy :

Being with family & friends

The best thing to keep me happy is being around the people I love. They are the ones that keep the hope inside of me and keep me going, even though I really want to quit.

Going on a big long hike

Sometimes when things aren't going the way they are supposed to the best thing is to take a walk. I find that it clears my head and helps me think about the problem.Also being in nature makes you appreciate the things around you and calms your soul.

Some retail therapy

Shopping is one of my great solutions.It helps me escape my problems and think of something else. I love it because I get to reward myself and I'm not beating myself up for something I can't control.

Writing

I am the type of person who finds it hard to express their feelings.In order for me to keep optimistic I write about how I'm feeling.I find myself to be relieved at the end of it because I put all my emotions out on that page.

Now here are the silly little things that make my day even better :

Listening to a favourite song on repeat.

My Dog.

A good hair day.

Eating my favourite breakfast (pancakes and white hot chocolate)

Going out partying with friends.

Clean bedroom.

Getting my nails done and perfect.

Going to the beach.

Waking up before my alarm rings.
