Make up Revolution Baked Bronzer rocked my world

I've been looking for a deep Bronzer that would suit my skin colour for quite some time now. While I was in Scotland I decided to stop by the Local Superdrug. Most of the highlighters were mediocre until I spotted the Make up Revolution Baked Bronzer Rock On World (such a long name). 

This is the most pigmented Bronzer I've ever seen. It looks beautiful on my dark chocolate girls and also on the white chocolate girls.This Bronzer gives you the summer glow.You don't even need to put a lot on because it's that powerful. 

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good Bronzer/Highlighter.It's also pretty cheap. I got it for only £3.00.

The time I '' jumped'' out the window

Right I need to get things straight. My family has made fun of me for years for this. 

I DID NOT JUMP OUT OF THE WINDOW ! 

Okay so here is what happened...

Little 4 year old Lisa was playing Barbies peacefully in her mummy's bedroom. When I played Barbies I loved to utilize the entire room (which is making the room look a bomb hit it and leave it for mummy to clean). I didn't notice that the windows were open in the bedroom.

I sat my little bum down on the window sill with my back facing the window. When I leaned back I fell straight down, did a little back flip and landed face first on to the concrete in my back garden. I was in total shock. When I went to open the back door I started crying. Not because I was hurt but because I was locked out and it was starting to get dark (LOL). I was a beast back then.I did not feel a thing.

I will never forget that day.My mum rushed me to the hospital and the doctor said there was nothing wrong with me and I was a very lucky child. Everyone said that it was a miracle that nothing happened to me and that I am highly blessed.

It's been 15 years now and I'm still getting made fun of for falling out if the window.They should be sympathizing with me ! 

So let's get this straight family ! I did not jump out of the window. I was not a rebel at 4 years old... although I wish I was.

You don't need everyone's approval first

It frustrates me when I see people not being able to make decisions for themselves.

These days people like to make an impression on other people. These people are too afraid to choose for themselves.What they don't see is that seeking the need of approval kills your freedom.

Every time you have to make a decision you have to quickly run and get someones opinion. When that person doesn't agree with you,you change your life to suit them. That is not freedom.

People hold back their opinions and thoughts because they want someone to like them or they think people won't agree with what they think. They go on with life trying to please everyone around them accept themselves.

I see people having anxiety over people not liking that they chose to go to work than hanging out with their friends and going out to a popular party.That's ridiculous ! Why create stress and immense anxiety over something silly ?

Seeking approval lowers your performance level. You should be able to do things on your own without looking for someone to help you.

Seeking approval makes you turn down great opportunities because the person who you are seeking the approval from don't agree with the choice you want to make.

Everyone needs to grow and take on challenges and decisions. You should be able to make your own choices. If someone doesn't like the choices you are making then tough.You are the master of your own life.Everyone doesn't have to like you.

You need to accept yourself.You need to accept that your decisions are great.No one knows you better than yourself.

You don't need everyone's approval first.

You are good enough

In the past when certain opportunities came up I sometimes didn't go for them because I thought I wasn't good enough. When I saw smart people and outgoing people going for it, I got discouraged and I immediately gave up.

I then realised that I was being dumb.I am good enough to go for any opportunity that is offered to me. 

I am good enough because God chose to put me in this world.He saw what I could bring to the table.If God believed in me then I should believe in myself.

I am good enough because not every person out there has the talents that I have.There will never be a person out there that will be exactly like me.

I am good enough because I now believe in myself. No one out there is doing better than me because nobody out there can do better then me.

I am good enough because I am motivated to make my dreams and aspirations in life to come true.

No one is perfect in this world.Yes we all struggle. Most of us don't have our lives together yet.It's all okay.

It is our resistance that is causing our suffering.When something comes our way we should take it. 

We are all good enough. Don't let anyone bring you down. Everyone is smart and talented in their own ways.

Aungier Danger..Cake or Donut ?

Guys this past year I've been such a foodie. 

I'm the type of person who likes tasting different types food from all over the world. When Aungier Danger opened up there was a sudden craze over Donuts in Dublin. This tiny shop sells out within a few hours after opening. There's also a long queue of people all the time.

The word Danger is what attracted me to this shop. I love how they put their menu up on the tiles of the walls. It's pretty unique. The staff are pretty nice and funny too.

They have a huge variety of unique tasting Donuts that I've never seen before. All Donuts are €3.00, which is pretty good since the size of the Donut is the size of my palm.They all also very thick.

I went for the Red velvet Donut with a delicious cream cheese filling. The inside of the Donut is soft and it kind of has the texture of a cake. They were extremely generous with the filling, which I didn't mind. That the best part ! 

If you are ever in the Dublin city centre, you guys should checkout this spot. It's worth it !

What's in my travel bag (short haul flight)

Hey guys ! I'm going on a quick trip to London and I just wanted to show you guys what's in my Travel bag. I'm always going in and out of London and I'm always asked what I bring with me.

The first thing is a good bag to put my stuff in obviously. I always make sure its small and has a good amount of room.

Also the straps have to be good because you don't want the bag to hang off you.

The Next thing is a purse to put all your important travel documents in and also carry your money.

The one essential that I can't live without on a plane is head phones.

The headphones are comfortable and extremely noise cancelling.

The cap of shame (LOL) 

To hide all your bad hair that you didn't bother to do cause it's too early in the morning.

My phone. Something I can't live without. It entertains me all the way to my destination.

A good book. Since exams have ended I've been loving to read. People these days are always glued to their phones. Sometimes it's good to take a break.

Glasses to hide those dark circles caused by going out clubbing with friends the night before..am I the only one guilty for this ?

The last thing is a good camera to document all the lovely moments.

New Direction

Hey guys ! 

When I first started this blog, I wanted to inspire everyone.Lately I've been having writers block. I have two passions in my life. I love making people feel happy and motivated but I also love fashion and makeup. 

Most of my blogs are inspirational and motivating but now I think it is time for a change. I am going to start blogging about Fashion and Makeup.Don't worry because I will  still share my wisdom with you all.I don't want my blog to be just about one thing because it can become a bit boring and also repetitive.Change is good right ? YES.

I would rather blog about things that interest me the most and the wonderful things that I have found also. I have so much in store for you guys so make sure you come back next week for something new.
